Welcome to this sunny, quiet one-bedroom apartment in North Chelsea. It's just steps away from subways, Broadway shows, Madison Square Garden, cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. It's comfortable and stylishly furnished.
The bedroom is spacious by NYC standards, with a super comfortable full-sized bed. And the living room couch can sleep a small human. Great for a solo traveler, a couple, or three if one doesn't mind the couch.
The place is very New York. It's on the fourth floor of a pre-war building in a great neighborhood (north Chelsea) and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The bedroom has the most comfortable bed you ever slept on.
Please note: the building is a fourth-floor walk-up, no elevator.
It's a quiet apartment (hard to come by in NYC) There is even a tree outside the bedroom window with chirping birds in the morning.
The place is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. There is a cozy kitchenette, with appliances including a microwave, and the bathroom was recently retiled (Spring 2019). It also has a bedroom closet and a desk.
Lots of great stuff nearby; cafes, restaurants, and nightlife, and you're just minutes from Times Square with all the Bway shows.
Cable wifi internet and TV are included. And there is a coin laundry in the building.
I live just a few blocks north and can be reached almost anytime with any questions.
The neighborhood is adjacent to Hudson Yards, NYC's newest and biggest development ever. And you're just north of Chelsea proper, and just south of bustling Times Square. It's a relatively quiet block, a lovely tree-lined street, and a short walk to either of these neighborhoods. Also you're just steps from the Highline, hotspot Meatpacking District, and close to several subway lines (A, C, E, 1, 9,)
Super easy to get anywhere from the place.. its right by Moynihan/ Penn Station (Subways: A/C/E, 1/9, NJ Transit and Amtrak)
It's a great apartment. I love it and I hope you will too. All essential amenities come with the place: towels, linens, plates, glasses, cutlery, hairdryer, iron, etc.
