This townhouse is right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of New York City. The minute you step into the home, you'll notice how quiet it is, and unlike most apartments in NY, you'll actually be able to sleep here! FAMILY FRIENDLY
Our space is thoughtfully furnished to cater to families with children of all ages, even infants. From baby beds and cribs to a bath tub, high chair, toys, cutlery, and outlet covers – we've got it all covered.

- We have a baby crib, high chair, children's cutlery, outlet covers, as well as hygiene items and toys available during your stay.
- Our townhouse features a wide stoop with just three easy steps, making stroller access a breeze
- A secure indoor storage spot for your stroller.
- Enough space inside to store a stroller

- Nespresso Lattissima Pro Coffee Machine with Starbucks coffee
- Many pots, pans, and cutlery (whether you're looking to make a turkey or a cake - we have the supplies for it!)
- Brand new appliances: double door fridge, dishwasher, large oven, and microwave
- Kitchen equipment such as a Kitchenaid Mixer and Blender, kettle, large toaster, food processor, Instant Pot, and a breadmaker

BEDROOMS
- Blackout curtains
- Both rooms have California King Beds that are brand new (one large mattress, replaced in December 2023)
- Luxurious and comfortable bedding
- Large closets with plenty of space to hang your clothes and store luggage
- Extra pillows, blankets, towels, and linens available
- Airconditioning and heating in both bedrooms
- "50 Smart TV on a rollable stand upstairs, can easily be moved between bedrooms
- The 5th and 6th persons can sleep on an air mattress provided (King size). If you would rather have one person sleep on the couch instead of 2 on the air mattress, please send us a message! We will happily arrange this for you.

WORKING REMOTE
- Great for those working remotely. We have 5G Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, as well as 2 monitors and a desk. The townhouse is extremely quiet for NYC and you won't hear a thing on video calls!

CLEANING
- The home will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay
- Non-smoking only (includes vaporizers, e-cigarettes, and marijuana)

The townhouse is the only unit and you'll have a private entrance, therefore the Multiple Dwelling Law does not apply.
